One of the activities that i personally enjoy doing and also find particularly therapeutic is the writing of poetry. Today as i was sitting down thinking about my next course of action on some matters in life, the following words seems to have mysteriously flowed out of my head. I am no expert poet but i like to share here this little poem to see if anyone out there might come across these same sentiments from time to time.
The Hope
its hard to explain what i am feeling now except to say that there still feels hope albeit a faint one that needs to be rekindled every once in a while
how long more can i do the rekindling? that i do not know except to say i hope i can for as long as its needed.

Expressing in words and writing are both ways I find very relaxing. Often times it could make the difference between having a good or bad rest of the day. I like to try communicating this idea with the following poem I wrote this morning.
Poem: What are words
What are words But a lament That finds comfort in comment For a heart that needs to vent For everything else is pretend Because who knows what will portend If silence is used to make amends Like a bird at its ends That knows no more then to bend.
